Chit scam victims throng Madurai court

Hundreds of victims of the multicrore Nirmal Krishna Nidhi chit fund scam thronged Madurai district court on Saturday following rumours that the prime accused would appear in court and take steps to return the money usurped by the firm. The crowd which started to gather from as early as 7 am began swelling till around 10 am.
