Chennai cops book 8 for drawing anti-CAA ‘kolam’

Eight people who attempted to express their opposition to the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and the National Register of Citizens (NRC) through ‘kolam’ in the city on Sunday found themselves on the wrong side of the law.
