Chennai: Engineer tries to steal bike, held

Police on Friday detained a 23-year-old man, who discontinued an engineering course in Singapore, for attempting to steal a bike parked in front of a Tasmac outlet and bar at Mannady, allegedly because he didn't have money to buy liquor.
