Madurai: Cop kills self by by consuming poison

A head constable attached with the Bodi Town police station committed suicide by consuming poison at his house in Dombucherry village on Friday. He was identified as A Prabakaran, 56. According to the police, his wife had died due to an ailment a couple of years ago. He was survived by two sons.
