TN lied before courts on delimitation: Stalin

DMK president M K Stalin on Wednesday accused the state government of lying in court on the delimitation exercise. He told mediapersons at the party headquarters that the then municipal administration secretary Hansraj Verma had told the Madras high court in 2016 that the delimitation of wards was being done based on the 1991 census.
