Pondy student rejects medal to ‘protest’ NRC

Stopped from attending the Pondicherry University convocation presided over by President Ram Nath Kovind on Monday, Rabeeha Abdurehim, a postgraduate gold medallist in mass communication, said no to the medal, also as a protest against the citizenship law and the National Register of Citizens (NRC).
