Plea in HC for ramps for disabled at TN beaches

A lawyer has moved the Madras high court to restrain the Greater Chennai Corporation from removing a ramp laid on Marina beach to enable differently abled people to access the sands and to direct the state government to build such ramps on all beaches in Tamil Nadu.
