Monsoon leaves reservoirs in TN 91 percent full

An active northeast monsoon has rapidly filled reservoirs in the state, besides irrigation tanks, hinting at less water stress next summer. Major reservoirs in the state have a combined storage of 91% as against the capacity of 198 thousand million cubic feet (tmcft).
