Chennai stalker attacks woman with knife, held

A 19-year-old stalker attacked a third-year college student on Wednesday when she was stepping out of a tutorial centre at Gowrivakkam near Chromepet. Alert residents and fellow students nabbed the man and handed him handed over to the police.
