Tamil Nadu to get forest watchers after 23 years

After 23 years of nonchalance, the state forest department began the recruitment process to fill up 564 forest watcher posts lying vacant in the state on Friday. Men, women and transsexuals can apply for the posts. The recruitment was not done for two decades for no rhyme or reason.
