Chennai: Cloudy skies, light rain likely today

With sea breeze expected to set in from Sunday, the city is likely to receive light spells on Diwali. Experts said the monsoon rain may gain momentum from October 28 along the coastal regions of Tamil Nadu, including Chennai.
