4 held for cheating 73 of Rs 3.5cr in Chennai

Sleuths from the Central Crime Branch arrested four people including the kingpin of a racket for cheating as many as 73 of Rs 3.5 crore on the promise of getting them jobs at Anna University and Tangedco.
