Trichy body seizes items from sealed restaurant

The Trichy Corporation on Tuesday seized a refrigerator, furniture, vessels, a diesel generator, an air conditioner and other items from a restaurant at Central bus stand which it had sealed for non-payment of rent for more than 15 years. The corporation seized items worth Rs 3 lakh from the premises.
