Santhosh Venkataraman, a resident of Mogappair, had a near-death experience while crossing pothole-ridden Gangai Amman Nagar Road in Mogappair last week. It’s not the only road that’s filled with potholes. In the past two months, Greater Chennai Corporation conducted a survey and found 2,100 potholes on 1,300 streets across all 15 zones.
