TN: Family 'forces' transwoman to be a man again

A 36-year-old transwoman in the city on Thursday approached the Coimbatore district collector and the commissioner of police seeking protection from her family members who were forcing her to turn back into a man. The transwoman said she faced a threat for her life from her family.
