CUTN can be a nodal institution: Govt official

Central University of Tamil Nadu (CUTN) can be a nodal institution for spearhead development in the southern region, in collaborating with the department of biotechnology, said Renu Swarup, secretary, Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science and Technology.
