Parts of Chennai may get light rain in next 48 hrs

After a hot day, rain brought some respite to Chennai on Tuesday. Several parts of the city and outskirts received short and sharp spells in the afternoon. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast light rain will occur over some areas in the city in the next 48 hours.
