Cauvery water release: TN govt issues advisory

The Tamil Nadu government on Wednesday issued a slew of directions to the Cauvery delta districts – to the administrators as well as the public -- given the inflow to Mettur reservoir being 25,000 cusecs. The outflow was maintained at 22,850 cusecs.
