If you are a regular visitor to the Marina beach, you might have noticed that the sand has been levelled with a machine. In the northern part of the city, sanitary workers collecting garbage from homes in narrow streets feel more dignified because they are no longer ‘kuppa vandi’ drivers, but move around in battery-operated vehicles.
