A 36-year-old man has been sentenced to a two-year jail term for rash and negligent driving, without a valid licence, which caused the death of a woman and injured three others in Puducherry 11 years ago. Judicial magistrate II M Dhanalakshmi also slapped a fine of Rs 7,000 M Mohanraj.
