Manja thread kills 3-year-old boy in Chennai

Despite a ban on the use of ‘manja’ threads in Chennai, a three-year-old boy lost his life after a glass-coated thread slit his throat on Sunday. The child was riding with his father on a bike in Korukkupet when the tragedy struck him.
