'At IIT-Madras, SC/ST faculty, students harassed'

Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) employees at Indian Institute of Technology Madras faced discrimination and mental harassment, said Swaraj Vidwaan, member, National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC) on Friday.
