TN: Man found with slit throat in train toilet

A 35-year-old man from Telangana was found lying in a pool of blood with his throat slit inside the toilet of an express train at Jolarpet in the early hours of Wednesday. He was rescued by railway officials and is being treated at Salem government hospital.
