Chennai: Digital kiosks to key in flyers' plaints

The Airports Authority of India has installed a digital kiosk for passengers to key in complaints about amenities at Chennai airport’s domestic terminal. It has been placed near the toilets as passengers complain the most about maintenance of restrooms.
