TN: 4 inmates kill youth at de-addiction centre, held

Four inmates of a de-addiction centre in Red Hills on Friday murdered a 21-year-old youth from Andhra Pradesh undergoing treatment there, allegedly because he told the authorities about their behaviour, police said. All the accused including two juveniles have been arrested.
