IMD predicts heavy to very heavy rain in parts of TN

A fresh low pressure area is likely to form over south Andaman sea around November 29, the IMD said on Thursday, adding that the cyclonic circulation over the Bay of Bengal, which was to concentrate into a low pressure area, may not intensify.
