Chennai: Traffic changes for water-logged Pulianthope

With many locations in Pulianthope still inundated and construction of storm water drains at Ammayammal Street, the Greater Chennai traffic police have brought in modifications in traffic rules for heavy vehicles and buses plying through the locality.
