Chennai: Connect, clear, redesign stormwater drains

All storm water drains need to be properly connected to the nearby rivers and canals such as the Cooum, the Adyar, B Canal, Otteri Nalla and Cotton Canal in order to drain flood water within an hour or two after a downpour.
