7 Afghans march out of OTA to battle uncertainty

Eleven months ago, seven men from the Afghan National Army (ANA) walked into the Officers’ Training Academy (OTA) in Chennai with the dream of serving their country as military officers. On Saturday, they passed out of the academy, staring at uncertainty.
