TN: 6k govt students get engineering seats via 7.5% quota

As many as 5,972 government school students got engineering seats under the 7.5% special reservation in the online engineering counselling this year. As per the government order, 11,390 of 1.51 lakh seats reserved under this new quota were earmarked for students from government schools.
