Chennai: NGT stops TN Hsg Board flats’ construction

Citing encroachment of the Cooum flood plain, the National Green Tribunal (NGT) has directed Tamil Nadu Housing Board to stop construction of high income group (HIG) flats at Koyambedu in Chennai.
