After beheadings, TN cops arrest 450 rowdies

Close on the heels of a series of revenge and rowdy murders in Chennai and other parts of the state including the beheading of four people in Dindigul and Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu police arrested 450 antisocial elements in an intensive combing operation across the state on Thursday.
