Madras HC threatens to stay GO on 10.5% quota for vanniyars

The Madras high court on Wednesday warned the Tamil Nadu government that it would be constrained to stay the GO on 10.5% internal quota for vanniyars if the state tries to implement it before the court decides on its legal validity. The GO was issued on Tuesday.
