Covid-19 in Chennai: Hope floats as numbers dip

New cases reported in Chennai have declined in the past one week along with a marginal dip in test positivity rate (TPR). While public health officials say it may be too early to say the peak is over, they are now certain that effects of lockdown, increased surveillance and testing are beginning to show results in some regions.
