18+ struggle to get Covid vaccine in Chennai

The Centre is yet to dispatch the 75,000 doses for the 18+ category and 1 lakh for the 45+ age group in the city, allotted for May, and the 20,000 vaccine doses left with Greater Chennai Corporation will last one more day. “We will get it [vaccines from Centre] in a day or two,” said a senior health official.
