NGOs and parties launch helplines in Trichy city

Several non-governmental organisations and political parties in Trichy city have launched helplines to help people in need of emergency support including blood donation and hospital beds. The organisations have approached the district administration seeking travel permits as there is a need for home delivery of food and medicine to those in home isolation.
