Club houses turning into co-working spaces

With WFH (work from home) becoming the new normal, realtors are converting common areas including club houses and recreation centres inside housing complexes into co-working spaces to enable Work from Near Home or WFNH. In some residential complexes, even large commercial blocks are being remodified into boutique office spaces.
