TN: Mistaken identity? Student held for violence granted bail

A sessions court in Egmore on Thursday granted bail to a 24-year-old youth, one of six arrested for the July 23 clash at Arumbakkam among Pachaiyappa's College students, including some wielding swords, saying he was no way connected with the offence. He was not present at the crime scene and had been absent from college for past one month, it said.
