Madras high court stays order banning bike taxis in Tamil Nadu

Giving a conditional thumbs-up to bike taxis on city roads, the Madras high court on Thursday stayed the operation of order banning bike taxis in Tamil Nadu till the state government comes out with a legislation to regulate the service.
