Tamil Nadu: 4-feet rod pierces chest, man survives to tell tale

A 4-foot-long rod that pierced the chest of a man after he accidentally fell into a roadside ditch that was under construction was successfully removed by doctors at the Government Rajaji Hospital after a surgery.
