26 deaths, 1,237 Covid cases in Puducherry

The Union territory of Puducherry has so far tested 9.9 lakh swab samples for Covid-19, with 8.7 lakh returning negative. The number of samples tested, however, doesn’t necessarily reflect the number of people tested as a single person may have been tested several times, said experts.
