Fresh Covid cases drop to 3,094 in Tamil Nadu

Fresh Covid-19 cases in Tamil Nadu dropped to just over 3,000 on Tuesday, which saw 50 deaths reported, taking the toll to 10,741. The case tally inched towards seven lakh with the 3,094 new cases. After 4,403 people were discharged, there were 36,734 people still under treatment for the viral infection.
