Central schemes are fodder for fraudsters in TN

The Central government-funded projects involving several thousand crores of rupees are turning out to be easy fodder for scamsters in Tamil Nadu with at least half a dozen such big ticket central schemes being ripped off by state officials and fake beneficiaries for decades, and more so in recent times.
