'Loos in a mere 26% TN schools disabled-friendly'

The Union government has informed the Madras high court that only 25.9% of schools in Tamil Nadu have ‘children with special needs-friendly toilets’ and only 62.9% of schools have been provided with ‘ramps and made barrier-free’.
