Bee park planned in Tamil Nadu's Jawadhu Hills

The humble honey that tribals of Jawadhu Hills in Tiruvannamalai district used to collect on a small scale is set to bring returns soon as the The Tamil Nadu government has allocated Rs1 crore for a bee park in seven hectares of land in Melsilambadi village in Jamunamarathur block in the Eastern Ghats. The bee park will generate employment and provide pollination for local food crops.
