Launching portals seems to be the only way known to the state government to take a headcount of Tamils stuck in any part of the world. After launching one such portal for gathering information about Tamils working abroad, the government is all set to launch another portal, probably on Saturday, to gather information about people from Tamil Nadu stuck in other states in the country.
