The state health department will issue guidelines to cap cost of Covid-19 tests and in-hospital treatment depending upon the kind of facilities and hospitals, health minister C Vijayabaskar said on Saturday. The government has also asked a team of experts if it can incentivise people lodged in government facilities though they tested negative for the viral infection.
