Cellphones scarce, they stole & sold veggies

A new breed of criminals has emerged during the lockdown. Most of them, with cases of snatching mobile phones and gold jewellery pending against them in various police stations, are now stealing milk packets and vegetables and selling them in places like Kotturpuram, Pondy Bazaar and Ambattur.
