TN: PMAY subsidy looted by chiefs of panchayats

At least five cases of elected panchayat presidents themselves misappropriating subsidy funds under the Prime Minister's housing scheme - Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) - have come to light in five districts of the state.
