HC judge withdraws controversial observation

After facing criticism from Christian associations, National Commission for Minorites and a section of legal fraternity, Justice S Vaidyanathan of the Madras high court on Tuesday withdrew his controversial observation that Christian educational institutions are ‘highly unsafe’ for the future of girl children.
